Job Description
Location: Wellington, Western Cape
Salary: R15 500 per month
Our client is seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Client Services Administrator to join their team. This role serves as the central communication point between the business and its extensive client base, requiring exceptional administration, communication and customer service skills.
Minimum Requirements / Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years' administration experience.
- Previous customer service experience is essential.
- Experience in a call centre, customer support or client services environment will be advantageous.
- Experience working with Sage Accounting software.
- Exposure to Xero Accounting Software would be advantageous.
- Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Key Areas of Responsibility
- Manage day-to-day administrative functions and office support activities.
- Generate and distribute client invoices.
- Assist with account and payment-related queries.
- Respond to client enquiries via telephone, email and SMS.
- Maintain accurate client records and databases.
- Coordinate communication between clients and internal teams.
- Handle a high volume of client interactions professionally and efficiently.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support.
- Assist with reporting and general office administration.
- Perform additional administrative duties as required.
