Job Description
As an HR Administrator you will be required to manage HR Administration, maintain accurate employee records, coordinate HR processes, support the HR team and ensure compliance with company policies and legislative requirements. You will be responsible for the efficient execution of all HR Administration.
Minimum Requirements / Qualifications
- A diploma or Degree in Human Resource management, Industrial Psychology or related field
- A minimum of 3 years experience in HR Administration.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Confidentiality and professionalism.
- Planning and coordination.
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Key Areas of Responsibility
- Employee Administration. Manage administration of the full employment lifecycle. Prepare employment contracts, confirmation letters, amendments, status changes, terminations and exit documentation.
- Recruitment Administration. Coordinate recruitment activities, including interview scheduling, reference checks, and onboarding administration.
- Leave Administration. Monitor leave records and communicate leave balances and respond to employee leave-related queries.
- Training Administration. Support the Training Development Officer. Coordinate training bookings, capture and maintain training records, submit documentation for Skills Development reporting.
- Performance Management Administration. Support the HR Team. Track performance reviews, and file signed documentation.
- Employee Relations Administration. Provide administrative support for employee relations processes, including scheduling meetings, compiling documentation packs, and maintaining disciplinary records.
- HR Compliance. Assist with audits, and statutory reporting submissions.
- General Administration. Manage mailboxes, respond to employee queries, schedule meetings, coordinate HR events and assist with projects and ad-hoc requests as required.
