We’re looking for an analytical & versatile planner to help ensure the right products are available at the right time, in the right quantities, across our retail network.
Minimum Requirements / Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years' experience in demand planning, replenishment, inventory control, or retail planning
- Relevant qualification in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Commerce, Statistics, or similar
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Commercial awareness and attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment
- ⭐ AI knowledge and basic IT support experience will be advantageous
Key Areas of Responsibility
- Forecast demand and analyse sales trends
- Manage inventory performance and stock availability
- Identify stock shortages, overstocks, and missed sales opportunities
- Evaluate promotions, seasonal trends, and product performance
- Work closely with Buyers, Suppliers & On the Ground Retail teams.
- Build reports, dashboards, and actionable insights that drive business decisions
