Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Quantity Surveyor to join our team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or junior professional to gain practical experience in a fast-paced environment.
Based in George (flexible working options may be considered)
Minimum Requirements / Qualifications
- Relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying or similar
- Basic understanding of costing, measurements, and BOQs
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Proficiency in Excel (CCS Candy/QTO advantageous but not compulsory)
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
Key Areas of Responsibility
- Assisting with measurements and cost estimates
- Assisting with subcontractor payment certificates
- Preparing and updating BOQs
- Supporting project costing and procurement processes
- Working closely with Operations / Site Management and Senior QS
