Quality Controller (QC) – Welding
Job Description
Our client is currently looking for an experienced Welding Quality Control (QC) Inspector for a project located in Standerton, Mpumalanga. The successful candidate will possess extensive knowledge of welding inspection procedures, a keen eye for detail, and a strong commitment to upholding welding codes and quality standards across all stages of fabrication and construction.
Minimum Requirements / Qualifications
- SAIW Welding and Fabrication Inspector Level I & II
- National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (Added advantage)
- 5 years Power Station Experience
- ISO 9001: 2015 QMS Implementation / Internal Audit
Key Areas of Responsibility
- Generator
- HV and LV Motors
- FD, ID PA Fan Motors (Including Turbine EFP)
- CEP, LP Heater Drain Pump Motors (MV Motors)
- KV Breakers
