Job Description
Reputable company in the Automotive industry is looking for a suitably experienced parts, Telesales agent to join their team in Paarl, Cape Winelands, Western Cape.
Minimum Requirements / Qualifications
Qualifications and or Experience
- Matric
- Sales and or Marketing certificate/diploma and or relevant experience
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Automotive Parts (Non-Negotiable)
- Experienced with a number of systems
- Extensive knowledge of vehicle parts
- Experience in the aftermarket sales industry
Key Areas of Responsibility
Job Description
Will entail the following essential functions and duties:
- Great communication skills
- Customer Service by means of sales, quotations, and sourcing of vehicle replacement parts
- Relationship with workshops and excellent client service
- Stock take
- General support functions as required by the manager
