WORKPLACE ESSENTIAL SKILLS FACILITATOR
Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Facilitator to deliver Workplace Essential Skills training, empowering learners with the knowledge, behaviours, and competencies needed to succeed in the workplace.
Minimum Requirements / Qualifications
✅ Relevant qualification (NQF Level 5 or higher) in Education, Training & Development, HR, Business Administration, Communication, Community Development, or related field
✅ Facilitator qualification or proof of competence in facilitating occupational learning
✅ Assessor qualification and registration advantageous
✅ Computer literacy (MS Word, PowerPoint, Email, Online Learning Platforms)
✅ Minimum 3 years' experience in facilitation, learner development, or workplace-readiness training
✅ Experience working with unemployed youth, adult learners, or community-based learners
Key Areas of Responsibility
✔ Deliver engaging and interactive workplace readiness training
✔ Support learner development and assessment preparation
✔ Maintain learner records and attendance registers
✔ Monitor learner progress and provide remedial support
✔ Ensure compliance with QCTO and quality assurance requirements
